This is to certify that Dejan Grubor worked for Clariness d.o.o, the Serbian subsidiary of Clariness Holding AG, from July 2006 until March 2008.
During this period, Dejan was in charge of all graphical design and usability issues involving the company and its products. He was responsible for working out graphical design concepts for all our applications, creating initial mockups, designing final solutions and preparing them for implementation in cooperation with the development team.
Dejan is credited with having created the “look and feel “ of ClinLife (www.clinlife.de) and Insite, as well as a number of other websites (e.g. www.clariness.com). He was also instrumental in designing most of Clariness’s marketing material, which included flyers, posters and display boards. In addition, he created a number of websites for our customers in a Content Management System, which he was responsible for evaluating and selecting.
Dejan worked closely with the development team, of which he was an integral member. He provided the team with the elements necessary for their work in a timely fashion, participated constructively in meetings, and communicated efficiently.
For our purposes, Dejan’s graphical design abilities proved to be exceptional. Through his inquisitive nature and the possibilities of the Internet, he was continuously exposed to new ideas, making his work extraordinarily creative. We attribute much of our success to his design abilities.

While we were unhappy to see him go, he has continued to intermittently support us on a freelance basis. We wish him much success for the future.

The core business of Intermedia is to develop web-based applications that optimize the management structure of industrial enterprises and on-line communication with its internal and peripheral units, consolidated clients, suppliers, as well as with market at large.

Job Role:
- Participates in the overall design structuring of the web sites; creates enhancements and modifications, and organizes and maintains the sites.
- Develops and implements plans to obtain and maintain a high level of functionality, usability, and design structure for the web sites.
- Assesses new standards, technologies and trends, and formulates strategies and plans for future enhancement of web sites.
- Ensures that web sites are accessible from a variety of different environments.
- Produces a consistent visual image on the web sites including maintenance of templates and image archives.
- Oversees, executes, and/or coordinates web programming, using a variety of authoring languages, creation and implementation of image links, uploading of pages to the web site, and updating of information on pages and databases.
- Ensures that images are delivered to the viewer at sufficiently high speed and quality.
- Researches, develops, and coordinates the creation of comprehensive editorial and graphic layouts for new sections and/or features on the sites.
Aside from his obvious skill as a web designer, the most impressive aspect of Mr. Grubor's work was his attitude to get the job done on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
